| Many people get stressed and overworked by trying
to read and absorb everything that is sent to them. These days that as a very difficult task,
compounded by the easy way people can send, distribute and copy
information to other people. If someone thinks you need to read one
sentence in a document, it is easy for them to email the whole document
to you. So is this really Information Overload, or the
choice to try and read too much because we think we have to. When you receive a document in the mail, think
about what it is, read the senders comments, and the summary, then make
the choice of whether you need to read the document or not. Having the choice reduces the stress of the
        situation.
