| This leads to a much more
stressful life for several reasons, such as the things you leave build
up, and begin to control your life. Also, you end up with many tasks
that you don’t want to do, needing action, and each day that goes past
means there is one less day to do them. Some ways to reduce procrastination are the
        following: ·
Break up a large job into several smaller stages. Write
them down and allocate time to them. ·
Hit the worst tasks first. That makes the better ones look
like a reward that you have earned. ·
Give yourself a reward, such as an extended lunchtime
after certain stages or at the end. Put this in the plan at the start of
the job.  Apply 100% effort to the job. This will build a drive
to perfection that will create an additional feeling of satisfaction
when you meet your own expectations. |
